According to the British press, PSG asked Man Utd to take Neymar's striker and cede Pogba to them in the summer of 2019.
Currently, PSG is looking to quickly resolve the case of striker Neymar when he no longer wants to stick with Ligue 1 champions.
Barcelona used to want Neymar's signature but spending €120 million to get Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid plus other signings (De Jong, Neto and Marc Cucurella) made them unable to give up another €222 million same salary "crisis" to solve this deal.
Neymar personally returned to training with PSG but the attitude was always vicious. Recently, coach Thomas Tuchel also eliminated him from PSG list of friendly matches in Summer 2019. The reason comes from Neymar is not in good health.
